1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BodyPilot AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

BodyPilot AI generates personalized training and nutrition plans and adapts them based on the data you provide. Plans are generated by AI models and are informational only — they are not medical advice.

3. Health disclaimer

BodyPilot AI is not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed personal trainer. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or take medication. You are solely responsible for how you use the plans and for your own safety.

4. Account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current period.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no scraping or reverse-engineering, no attempts to break authentication, rate-limits, or another user's data.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyPilot AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries resulting from following AI-generated plans.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
