BodyPilot AI ("BodyPilot", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered personal training and nutrition service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over that data. This page is maintained by the BodyPilot team.
2. Data we collect
- Account: email, display name, authentication identifiers.
- Onboarding profile: age, sex, height, weight, goal, experience, equipment, training location, dietary preferences and restrictions, injuries and limitations, sleep.
- Usage: workout sessions, set logs, weekly check-ins, daily metrics, feedback, uploaded progress photos and screenshots.
- Billing: subscription status via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
- Technical: IP address, user agent, and audit logs of key actions (sign-in, sign-out, checkout, plan generation).
3. How we use your data
- Generate and adapt your personalized training and nutrition plan.
- Operate the service, authenticate you, and process your subscription.
- Improve the product, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
- Send transactional messages related to your account and subscription.
4. Sharing
We share limited data with the processors we rely on to run the service: Stripe (payments), our authentication and database provider, and the AI models that generate your plan. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account and training data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
Data is stored with row-level security so each user can only access their own records. Payments are processed by Stripe over TLS. Admin actions are logged.
